Rosebrooke Senior Living in Adams is the only CBRF in the area that is owner and operated by an Adult-Geriatric Nurse Practitioner. It is our mission to provide our residents and families with person centered care in a home like environment. Duties:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living. - Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans. - Document patient information, including medical history, symptoms, and treatments. - Educate patients and their families on medications, and self-care techniques. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record systems. - Follow infection control protocols to prevent the spread of diseases. - Assist with specialized procedures such as wound care. - Provide critical care support to patients in emergency situations.Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in the state of Wisconsin. - Minimum 2 years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse. - Experience in critical care or dementia care is preferred. - Proficiency in medication administration. - Knowledge of infection control protocols and practices. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a diverse patient population. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members. - Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and priorities.Note: Experience working in an assisted living facility is a plus.

Salary: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
